Selalunya saya amik cinch untuk sarapan..kira replace sarapan..
Bancuh dalam 1 1/2 scoop cinch + 1 sudu ESP + air kosong / susu//yummie..

lecithin boleh ambil after meal 3 biji..lps lunch ke dinner ke..elok amik 6 caps per day untuk best result..
